About the role

As a ConnectNow Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality outcomes every time they engage with us. We've helped 1.5+ million people move home by sorting their home moving needs. We take the stress out of moving by sorting your essential home moving needs in one call. You will have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary (OTE $80,000) along with a commission structure that rewards performing agents (up to $5,000 per month). Responsibilities
- Selling multiple products and upsell customers based on their needs.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintain a high Net Promoter Score
- Working with multiple systems concurrently, varying in complexity and purpose
- Exhibiting the highest level of professionalism when dealing with real estate partners and external clients.
- Providing accurate information and advice to customers by adhering to our regulatory compliance and quality assurance measures.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a sales focused position, which can include retail or hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to offer a positive experience to every customer.
- Ability to complete two weeks of full-time training on-site in our Docklands head office.
- Identify key opportunities to cross-sell our products to existing customers and handle objections appropriately.
- Ability to achieve team and individual targets/KPIs.
- Ability to work to a rotating roster in a structured environment.
