Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
  • Partner with executives and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and provide insights on market trends and talent availability.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to improve our talent acquisition process, including diversity hiring, employer branding, and candidate experience.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior recruiters and other members of the HR team.
  • Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of high-caliber candidates for both immediate needs and future opportunities.
  • Leverage data to track and report key recruitment metrics, ensuring hiring targets are met and recruitment strategies are continuously improved.
  • Collaborate closely with the People Operations team to support talent planning and onboarding.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced culture

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in a tech startup environment.
  • Proven track record of hiring for technical, non-technical, and leadership roles.
  • Strong strategic and operational mindset, with the ability to influence and advise executives and hiring managers on talent strategies.
  • Expert knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruiting tools, and hiring best practices.
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment, with experience in tracking and improving key hiring metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and close top talent.
  • Experience with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and other recruitment technologies.
  • A passion for building inclusive and diverse teams.
  • Deep understanding of start-up equity and ability to communicate total compensation with stock options.
