General Director

Responsibilities

• Lead overall business operations, including clinic performance, administration, and commercial outcomes
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, scalability, and market expansion
• Oversee and manage multiple clinics or business units (if applicable), ensuring consistent operational standards
• Build, lead, and mentor management teams, including clinic managers and senior staff
• Drive financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including guidelines from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and service offerings
• Oversee marketing strategy, branding, and patient acquisition initiatives
• Establish governance frameworks, SOPs, and performance KPIs across the organization

Requirements

• Minimum 8-12 years of relevant experience , with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record in managing business operations, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or TCM sector
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in revenue growth and cost management
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and scaling operations
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate both at strategic and operational levels
