Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities (residential, commercial, renovation projects)
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online/offline channels
• Conduct sales presentations and site visits with potential clients
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
• Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses
• Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordination & Project Support
• Liaise with internal teams (design, operations, contractors)
• Ensure smooth handover from sales to project execution
• Monitor project progress and update clients when necessary
• Sales Targets & Reporting
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or tracking system
• Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in sales (construction/renovation/property industry is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Good understanding of customer service and relationship management
