- Required Credentials

Requirements
- 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in project and construction management
- Demonstrated leadership of large capital projects exceeding $100M construction value
- Direct experience delivering licensed healthcare facilities (ambulatory, medical office, or acute care environments preferred)
- Experience with Progressive Design-Build and traditional Design-Build delivery methods
- Experience managing fast-track, multi-phase construction programs
- Proven ability to manage complex project budgets, schedules, scope, and procurement strategies
- Working knowledge of California Public Contract Code and public-sector procurement processes
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory authorities (e.g., state-level health facility oversight agencies)
- Strong understanding of: California Building Code
- ADA compliance
- Fire and life-safety standards
- Environmental review processes (CEQA experience preferred)
