Responsibilities

Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity
- Strong understanding of luxury goods, including handbags and accessories, and ability to communicate product knowledge effectively
- Maintains a positive, proactive and professional attitude in a customer-facing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create meaningful customer connections
- Great team player who enjoys collaborating in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work retail hours, shift work, 5 days a week (including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays)
- Previous luxury retail experience is a plus
- Fluency in English is preferred
- Ex-cabin crew with strong customer service backgrounds are welcome to apply
