JOB PURPOSE The CSP assistant Manager will drive Nutrition & Home Care agenda, ensuring category and channel plans are implemented effectively and adapted to meet customer needs. This involves accountability to ensure platform / category verticals objectives are delivered via channel & customer growth strategies & supported by holistic trade investment. You will ensure our channel growth strategy is reflected in all customer and market plans, directly impacting the shopper experience - working closely with platform marketing & delivering via CBD teams. WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE - Preparing channel strategy for General Trade according to Design 4 Channel Strategy. Actively participating in the IBP process, crafting the Trade Category plan and JTBD per channel and Customer. - Preparing plans/activities for SGs, SMs, C&C describing channel demands and category goals. - Initiating, implementing and execution of prepared activities/plans on channel level. Tracking total category/channel business performance. Monitors category/brand/channel market share, financial and execution performance to address issues and opportunities. Developing channel by seeking and implementing new solutions that increase market shares, turnover and profit. - Close cooperation with Marketing and CBD to develop channel plans/activities (including promo activities). - Providing Customers/Channels inputs and active participation in BU. - Control and effective budget management: Trade investment. - Representing UL at meetings with external Customers - conferences, galas, workshops - Planning & Leading Shopper IAs for customers/sub-Channel - Manage trade investments, & Lead execution of plans & activities including customized offerings. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Experiences & Qualifications - 5 years relevant to Trade Marketing experience - 2-3 years Account management experience is an advantage - Customer Facing experience combined with Brand Building experience is ideal - Shopper Marketing or Brand Building experience is desirable
