About the role

You will be the first point of contact in Outpatients for patients, staff and visitors. This role is essential to ensuring a positive patient experience throughout their visit. Undertake outpatient charges Update and maintain accurate patient information using our Electronic Patient Record System Welcome consultants, patients and their relatives/visitors into Outpatients, ensuring that security measures are adhered to Provide administrator tasks to support the clinical team Answer Outpatient Reception telephone enquiries promptly, efficiently and politely, resolving local issues and referring on to other relevant departments as appropriate Ensure that the reception desk and waiting areas are maintained in a presentable manner Observe and maintain confidentiality of patient records and staff information Why join us?
