Work Schedule: The role operates primarily in US Shift timings and requires regular collaboration with global stakeholders, certification providers, instructors, and cross-functional teams. Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning Operations & Certification Manager to oversee the administration, governance, and operational delivery of certification programs and learning initiatives. This role will serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external certification/accreditation bodies, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and a seamless certification experience for learners. The ideal candidate will have experience in learning operations, training administration, certification management, and stakeholder coordination within a global environment.
