About the role

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Social Worker for the Adults Safeguarding Team in Blackburn. If you are passionate about making a difference, apply now! What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will undertake statutory safeguarding inquiries and assessments in line with legal frameworks and local policies. You will develop and implement care plans that address the needs and risks of individuals, promoting their independence and quality of life. Acting as Safeguarding Duty Officer on a rota basis, you will respond to urgent safeguarding concerns. You will collaborate with health professionals, community organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated support for service users. Additionally, you will maintain accurate and timely records of all interventions and decisions, provide advice and guidance regarding safeguarding processes and available resources, and participate in training and development activities to maintain professional competence and knowledge.
