About the role

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the WEAPONS SUSTAINMENT SUPPORT DIVISION, MAINTENANCE,REPAIR, AND OVERHAUL DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to some or all of the following: 1) Demonstrating supervisory responsibility for a team in a logistics, maintenance, or repair environment, including performance management and training; 2) Managing all aspects of maintenance planning and execution for complex systems or equipment, such as asset identification, shipping, acquisition, and funding; 3) Developing and implementing standard operating procedures and managed inventory, tools, and support equipment to meet cost, schedule, and performance requirements; 4) Demonstrating experience in quality assurance oversight, including compliance with safety, handling, storage, and transportation regulations, is required; 5) Coordinating integrated logistics support, conducting analysis to substantiate logistics policies and procedures, and ensuring technical accuracy of maintenance agreements; 6) Demonstrating strong communication skills, including preparing reports, presenting briefings, and disseminating information to staff and stakeholders..
