TOMRA is hiring the Customer and Product Quality Engineer for its office in Senec, Slovakia. As an important member of the TOMRA Recycling Quality Team, the Customer and product Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the application of quality and customer requirements throughout all phases of the product lifecycle-from offer and development to order execution. Your key tasks will include: Supporting development projects with quality-related work packages and cross-functional quality management tasks Evaluating quality requirements in customer inquiries and contracts for feasibility and risk, and ensuring their implementation throughout the product lifecycle Establishing and reporting customer- and product-related quality KPIs Failure management and problem solving related to internal and external quality issues Define and implement quality concepts for product live cycle Acting as the main point of contact for customers, sales, engineering, project management, service, product management and production Degree in engineering or a comparable field Ideally, certified Quality Manager Fluent in English and Slovak Several years of experience in quality support for development projects Knowledge of project and process management and quality core methods (Advanced Product Quality Planning) Strong customer and stakeholder orientation Independent and process-oriented working style Experienced with ERP system and advanced skills MS Office
