🎯 About the Role In this role, you will report directly to the Branch Manager Turkey and serve as a key member of the Turkey Leadership Team , playing a strategic role in shaping people and organizational decisions across the business. You will lead the local HR function, managing a two-person HR team and ensuring both strategic HR partnership and operational excellence across all people-related processes. What is your role? Leading and managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding Driving Learning & Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Organizational Development initiatives Managing Compensation & Benefits, employee relations, engagement programs, internal communication, and employer branding activities Overseeing recruitment processes together with the HR team and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience Managing sensitive HR matters such as relocations, leave management, disciplinary actions, and termination processes Executing HR frameworks, policies, and tools aligned with business needs while ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements Building strong relationships with employees, managers, Lely International HR, and external stakeholders Coaching and developing the local HR team while fostering a high-performance and engaging workplace culture Leveraging HR analytics and insights to support data-driven decision-making ⚡ What is your experience? A Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field (a Master's degree is a plus) Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience across core HR functions, with solid end-to-end HR expertise Proven experience in managing the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and organizational development Prior experience in the IT / software industry, which is considered a strong advantage Strong people leadership capabilities, with experience in coaching, developing, and managing HR team members Solid knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and SGK legislation Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills in both English and Turkish Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all organizational levels High awareness of the Turkish talent markets, local culture, and evolving technology and recruitment trends Strong digital literacy, including Microsoft Office tools, Copilot, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn, and AI-powered HR tools A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate HR analytics into meaningful business insights ✨ Why join Lely?
