We are looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen our ambitious sales team in Sydney, Australia. Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious sales representative to improve their sales skills, develop comprehensive knowledge of products, and generate considerable earnings In this role you will: Drive net-new business development across targeted verticals Reach out to new potential clients through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn communication Generate new leads through proactive prospecting and CRM management Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts are signed to achieve assigned sales goals Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through frequent communication and visits Represent Teltonika at exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings Collaborate with product specialists and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions What we expect of you: Professional English language skills (spoken and written) Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales Assertive, results-driven sales professional with a hunter mindset and proven experience in lead generation and cold calling Independent and self-driven, with the ability to manage sales activities autonomously across long sales cycles.
