Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or commercial roles, with a track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships.
- Strong relationship builder with the ability to earn trust with dealers, collectors, and strategic partners across international markets.
- Commercially minded and analytically strong, with experience using data, pipeline tools, and market intelligence to guide decisions and prioritize opportunities.
- Effective communicator who can represent the PCGS brand credibly and professionally with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized, polished, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in both office and field environments.
- Collaborative team player who works well across functions to solve problems and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Experience in the collectibles, auction, or grading industries.
- Experience with CRM, sales tracking, and marketing platforms is preferred.
- Language Skills
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required. Additional Asian language skills are a strong plus.

We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager, PCGS APAC (Excluding China) to support the growth and market development of PCGS across Hong Kong and key Asia-Pacific markets. The role will operate in a highly cross-functional environment, partnering closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure the region is well supported while delivering commercial results. This position will be based in Hong Kong and will report to the General Manager, PCGS APAC.
