Responsibilities

Requirements

• Required Qualifications
• ✔ 2+ years of Dental Practice Management experience
• ✔ Proven experience leading and developing successful teams
• ✔ Strong understanding of dental office operations, scheduling, insurance processes, treatment coordination, and patient care
• ✔ Experience managing KPIs, production goals, and practice growth initiatives
• ✔ Proficiency with dental software systems (Dentrix, ClearDent, Tracker, or similar)
• ✔ Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• ✔ Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• ✔ A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine passion for people
