What success looks like in this role: - Breaks down functional and business requirements into tangible, clear and estimable objectives, providing recommendations to management and project team members. - Writes end-to-end automated tests to provide code coverage for business-critical components. - Ensures quality, performance and adherence to specifications of assigned development tasks and adjacent technology solutions. - Works with team members to ensure design, development and execution align with and support adjacencies and adhere to established architectural standards. - Notifies team or technical manager of variances from plans and identifies changes in scope or work. #LI-UG1 You will be successful in this role if you have: A computer science or related degree 4-6 years' relevant experience Sound hands on expertise on Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud. Technically sound with SFDC, Apex, SObjects, Flows. Technically sounds with programming in a object oriented language like Java , C # Fair hands on knowledge on Javascript. Fair knowledge on CRM Analytics Salesforce Admin , Platform developer 2 and Platform Developer 2 certification required. Ability to use AI coding platforms like Claude and show tangible collapse of development cycle.
