Job Summary: T he Import Compliance Analyst (I CA ) supports the site's import compliance program , with direction from the Group/Site Export Compliance Manager. The I CA assists with training documentation and delivery, confirms part classification, audit imports, and assists in monitoring to Group and local policies . Works cross-functionally with other departments to coordinate adherence to internal policies and federal import regulations . Essential Functions: P rovide s import compliance data-entry support , including import compliance licensing and review part classification compliance within ERP system Ensure applicable import compliance requirements are adhered to partnering with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, operations, supply chain , HR, etc . Supports group and corporate import compliance initiatives, both at the local site level and in close coordination with peers at other A&E sites. Shares experiences and collaborates across sites to improve the compliance posture of the A&E system as a whole Participates in group- and company-wide calls, meetings and initiatives Other tasks as assigned by supervisor or management Eligibility Requirement: This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information.
