We're looking for a motivated, early-career sales professional to join our team as an Associate Account Executive . Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and prospecting efforts
- Partner with Account Executives to support pipeline development and deal progression
- Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their goals and recommend solutions
- Present ATD's offerings, including education courses, memberships, certifications, and events
- Maintain and manage activity and pipeline in Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator
- Meet and exceed key performance metrics, including sales outreach, meetings scheduled, and sales goal targets
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure strong client relationships and membership renewals

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or client-facing role (education or training sales is a plus)

- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
