To ensure that processes and procedures in patient care are in compliance with UMMC and regulatory standards. To provide guidance and leadership in the delivery of optimum patient care. Education & Experience Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in nursing and four (4) years of progressive leadership experience. Master's degree preferred. Experience cannot be substituted for educational requirement. Certifications, licenses or registration required : Valid RN license, American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Certification in Nursing Administration or ACHE Certification preferred.
