Training Specialist is responsible for fleet-wise training compliance and for ensuring that the employees are trained according to the company's training matrix, as well as ensuring that employees receive training compensation as per the company's training compensation policy. Your Responsibilities HR and/or training processes: including implementation and execution of company procedures, such as service delivery models, SOPs (standard operating procedures) etc. Ensuring compliance at all time for all Noble offshore units as assigned Monitoring performance and delivery of a Training Management Service (TMS) Monitoring training compliance, through monthly reports, gap analysis and BI Governance of training data quality, used for reporting Supporting Audit requests and ensuring data quality for audits Supporting development, optimizing and implementing new / current training processes, policies and procedures Our requirements Formal education at Bachelor's level or equivalent within relevant field Minimum 1,5 years of relevant job experience Fluent in English (min. B2/C1) Detail-oriented with the ability to have several tasks open at same time Capable to prioritize tasks to meet the deadlines Self-disciplined in organizing daily activities Service-minded to assure the highest-level of services
