Training Specialist is responsible for fleet-wise training compliance and for ensuring that the employees are trained according to the company's training matrix, as well as ensuring that employees receive training compensation as per the company's training compensation policy. B2/C1) Detail-oriented with the ability to have several tasks open at same time Capable to prioritize tasks to meet the deadlines Self-disciplined in organizing daily activities Service-minded to assure the highest-level of services
