How you'll demonstrate Ownership Review employee expense reports for accuracy, receipt documentation, and policy compliance. Verify invoices for GST compliance and eligibility for input tax credit (ITC). Identify and flag duplicate claims, non-compliant expenses, and suspicious transactions. Reconcile corporate credit card statements with submitted expense reports. Follow up with employees for missing receipts and unresolved transactions. Coordinate with banks to resolve disputed charges and card-related issues. Manage end-to-end expense workflows in Netsuite and Expensify. Prepare monthly reports on spending trends, compliance issues, and policy violations. Support month-end closing activities related to Travel & Expense (T&E) accruals. Maintain financial accuracy and strengthen internal expense management processes. The Impact you bring to Cognite Strong understanding of Indian GST requirements and commercial invoice validation. Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables. Experience with ERP and expense management systems, preferably Netsuite and Expensify. High attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies quickly. Strong integrity and accountability in handling financial data. Ability to communicate firmly yet professionally with employees and stakeholders. Analytical mindset with a focus on improving financial controls and processes. 6-10 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Audit, or Expense Management. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
