Role Overview: Could you be our next Sales & Agency Support Admin (FHD) ? Globe Life is looking for a Sales & Agency Support Admin (FHD) to join the team! This role is responsible for providing high-level administrative and strategic support to the Sr. Director of Field Development and four Divisional Vice Presidents (DVN VPs) in the FHD organization. Serving as a trusted partner and key point of contact, this role exercises discretion and independent judgment in managing sensitive matters, prioritizing tasks, making operational decisions, managing incentive and event budgets, and preparing reports that influence business decisions. The position ensures organizational effectiveness by anticipating needs, balancing multiple priorities, and representing the DVN VPs in internal and external interactions, enabling executive sales leadership to focus on strategic growth initiatives. This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, Texas (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday).
