- Completed or planning to complete accounting courses up to and including Intermediate Accounting (or equivalent).
- Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Previous Finance Co-Op/Internship or practical experience in a manufacturing industry preferred.
- Leadership experience in extracurricular activities or organizations
- Available to start the program in July 2026
- Location: Willingness and ability to relocate 1 time for a placement in a manufacturing facility for 18 months (likely location Princeton, Indiana) and remaining rotations in St. Louis, Missouri.
