Marzilli has been installing and maintaining New England's finest residential landscapes since 1985 and we're continuing to grow. Our Plymouth, MA Construction Division specializes in installing some of the South Shore and Cape Cod's most exceptional estates, and we are currently hiring a Field Supervisor. The Field Supervisor (FS) is responsible for managing the job plan as laid out by the business unit team during the weekly production meeting. The result is the delivery of the expected value to our clients and the long term growth of the company. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage all job site activities, including: Production team members Subcontractors Equipment utilization Material needs Scheduling and tracking all labor hours Maintain clear and effective communication among all team members involved in the project, both onsite and offsite. Oversee scheduling and job planning, including management of daily, weekly, and two-week schedules. Collaborate with the Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and subcontractors to fully pre-construct each project prior to the start of work. Utilize the most current set of plans to accurately lay out the project as needed. Ensure company safety policies are met or exceeded each day and maintain a clean, organized job site.
