How you'll make an impact: Support data analysis initiatives to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate project outcomes. Contribute to process improvement efforts aimed at increasing efficiency and enhancing the customer experience in pilot programs. Participate in internal team meetings and customer calls to gather insights on project execution and progress. Respond to pilot program-related inquiries via the internal team distribution list. Assist in creating, updating and improving pilot team documentation, including team resources and program materials. Conduct regular audits and help maintain organization within the shared Google Drive. Support the ongoing maintenance of the MyGeotab database during pilots, including monitoring customer engagement and adoption. What you'll bring to the role: Currently enrolled in a diploma/degree program specialization in Business Management, Engineering, or related fields Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience in related field may be substituted Ability to build, maintain, and manage relationships with stakeholders and team members, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration. Ability to be adaptable and able to pivot based on project needs or unforeseen challenges. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation, to provide relevant and actionable insights throughout the pilot. Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable delivering presentations, training, and conveying complex information clearly to facilitate effective collaboration. Detail oriented with strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills. Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to assess customer challenges and propose viable solutions. Technical competence using software programs, including but not limited to, Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides), and CRM platforms.
