The Role: Care Professional - Waking & Sleeping Nights We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Care Professionals, specialising in Waking & Sleeping Night shifts. This crucial role involves providing dedicated support and companionship to our clients throughout the night, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. You will be a vital presence, offering peace of mind to clients and their families, so they can remain in the familiar surroundings of their home. A genuine passion for caring for others and a commitment to making a positive difference in people's lives. Exceptional reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. The ability to work independently and remain calm and resourceful during night hours. Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle for travel between clients. Must have the right to work in the UK. Willingness to undertake night shifts (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM). Excellent rate of pay ranging from £100 - £125 per night, acknowledging the importance of night-time support. Mileage paid at 30p - 55p per mile, covering travel costs between clients.
