Responsibilities
- Coordinate subcontractors, crews, and internal stakeholders to support successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Inspect completed work to verify quality standards, contract requirements, and safety expectations are being met.
- Conduct site visits and document project progress, site conditions, operational concerns, and safety observations.

- Ability to make sound decisions and effectively resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading crews, coordinating subcontractors, or overseeing field activities is considered an asset.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software used for reporting, documentation, and communication.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Work Environment
- Primarily field-based role with approximately 80% of time spent in the field and 20% spent completing reporting, documentation, and administrative responsibilities.
- Frequent travel between customer sites, project locations, and Heidelberg Materials operations.
- Regular exposure to active construction sites and varying outdoor weather conditions.
