[What the role is] MANAGER / DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, VRL PROJECT DEVELOPMENT [What you will be working on] You will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our vehicle services operations. Your role will involve collaborating with diverse teams to identify business needs, analyse processes, and develop innovative solutions that align with the organisation's goals. Your expertise will contribute to shaping the future of vehicle services in Singapore, ensuring a safe and efficient transport system for all. Your key responsibilities include: Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives, driving business process transformation Gather requirements and document business needs to ensure alignment with organisational goals Facilitate user journey exploration and mapping, conduct user interviews and workshops, review business rules and service journeys, gather requirement specifications, and create user journey maps and wireframes Develop comprehensive business process flow diagrams, system specifications, user guides, and business requirement documents to visualise and streamline workflows Create user stories, specifications, acceptance criteria, and detailed process maps to support project execution Engage in Agile methodologies, participating in stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to assist in project management matters Collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver user-centered solutions and provide support for updates to management Develop and conduct thorough test plans, performing functional, regression, user acceptance, and end-to-end testing while documenting expected and actual results for each test scenario Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, test cases, and analysis findings [What we are looking for] Knowledge in Business, Management of Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Relevant certifications in business analysis or project management will be an advantage At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst or in an equivalent position Experience in (i) handling large-scale public-facing projects and stakeholder engagement, and (ii) end-user service journey design projects and government projects would be an advantage Hands-on experience with IT project implementation, specifically in user requirements gathering, IT business analysis, application solutioning, and UI/UX design Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with cloud platform projects Proficiency in project management tools including JIRA, Figma, MS Visio, and testing software such as Tricentis Tosca Strong documentation skills with the ability to create comprehensive business process flow diagrams, system specifications, user guides, and business requirement documents Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong command of the English language Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights Highly organised and able to work with minimal supervision to ensure tasks are completed and projects are on schedule As part of the shortlisting process for the role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
