ServiceNow platform administration: Ensuring ServiceNow platform security, availability, functionality and development in cooperation with ServiceNow Architect and ServiceNow Developers Managing and overseeing ServiceNow development and bugs fixing Managing ServiceNow platform through the complete lifecycle Providing ServiceNow demos and trainings to the end users and support teams ServiceNow platform related business analysis: Assessing internal customers' expectations related with the use of ServiceNow platform Gathering, analysing and assessing business needs and users' requirements Translating business requirements into optimal technical solutions Ensuring that proposed solutions are in line with business requirements and architecture design Presenting proposed technical solutions to different types of audience Supporting ServiceNow platform project management: Supervising implementation of organizational wide service management capabilities based on ServiceNow Supervising ServiceNow development and improvement projects in close cooperation with ServiceNow Architect and ServiceNow Developers ServiceNow platform improvements: Providing recommendations to business requirements and technical designs Supporting ServiceNow Architect and ServiceNow Developers in designing of solution architecture and development Supporting other teams in risk management, disaster recovery, security management, etc. Maintaining up to date solution documentation including technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals, knowledge base articles etc. In case of the ADVANCED profile, team management and tasks coordination Other specific duties as assigned by team leader Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of IT relevant professional experience Minimum English language skills (CEFR): B2 Minimum 2 years of experience at similar position Practical knowledge of MariaDB management Excellent practical hands-on experience administering and maintaining ServiceNow platform (experience with on-premise will be advantageous) Excellent practical hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow platform (ITSM and others) Practical hands-on experience designing ServiceNow platform solutions will be advantageous Excellent practical hands-on experience with requirements gathering, analysis and project management Excellent practical knowledge of ServiceNow products portfolio Excellent practical knowledge of Service Management Experience in creating SOPs and other technical documentation Knowledge of key technologies for ServiceNow integration (Web Services, SSO, LDAP, REST, etc.) Well understanding of complex information systems and their interoperability Knowledge of IT security standards Required certificates: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certificate or equivalent ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certificate or equivalent Very strong sense of responsibility Accuracy and attention to details Open minded, excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem solving skills Very good organizational skills Very good communication skills Supportive and helpful personality with co-operative and service oriented attitude Ability to work in stressful environment with minimal supervision Forward looking with a holistic approach High level of motivation and initiative In case of the ADVANCED profile, team management and tasks coordination competences are required
