Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Description Attend to patients' enquiries and guide them through the healthcare system. Provide assistance such as arranging wheelchairs for patients when needed. Identify and tag fall-risk patients; distribute face masks and perform temperature screening for patients with flu-like symptoms. Promote and educate patients on the use of self-service kiosks and mobile applications. Assist with or perform basic measurements such as height, weight, and blood pressure when required. Support patients with wayfinding and handle general enquiries. Assist eligible patients in completing medical questionnaires
