If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in delivering impeccable service, and have a flair for organizing memorable events and banquets, we invite you to be part of our journey. 🌟 What You'll Do Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service Able to read, write and communicate in Chinese Lead, motivate, and develop a strong front-of-house and service team Plan, coordinate, and execute events, private functions, and banquets with excellence Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest relations professionally Monitor inventory, supplier coordination, and cost control measures Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to enhance menu offerings and service flow 💡 Skills & Experience We're Looking For Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in Chinese or Teochew cuisine Strong background in organizing events, banquets, and large-scale dining functions Excellent leadership and team management skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities with confidence Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality Good organizational and planning capabilities 🚀 Why Join Us?
