We support employees through every stage of lifecycle preboarding, data management, benefits, and offboarding while continuously improving how HR operates at scale. This role is hands‑on, high‑impact, and central to how employees experience HR globally. Where you come in: You will administer employee benefits transactions throughout the employee lifecycle, including new hire enrollments, qualifying life events (QLEs), dependent verification, wellness program updates, and insurance-related processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and service level agreements. You will support offboarding and clearance activities by coordinating Statements of Account (SOA) requests, validating employee benefit liabilities, maintaining payroll and HR trackers, reviewing benefits-related accountabilities, and ensuring accurate and timely endorsement to payroll and external vendors. You will administer insurance and vendor coordination activities by validating required documentation, preparing employee endorsements, and liaising with brokers and benefit providers to ensure timely processing and issue resolution. You will support statutory and government-mandated benefit processes in the Philippines, including SSS enrollments, PhilHealth ER-2 report preparation, SSS and PAG-IBIG loan certifications, and the submission of maternity and sickness benefit notifications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will provide Tier 1 HR support through ServiceNow and other designated channels by responding to employee inquiries, resolving benefits-related concerns within scope, and maintaining accurate case documentation. You will collaborate with HR teams, payroll, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery, timely issue resolution, and a positive employee experience. You will contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying operational efficiencies, recommending enhancements, and supporting the maintenance of process documentation and knowledge base articles. What makes you successful: You are a fresh graduate or early-career professional with an interest in Human Resources, shared services, or employee operations. You demonstrate strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling data, transactions, and documentation. You have working knowledge or basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, simple formulas, and reports), with a willingness to further develop your data management skills. You possess good analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to review information, identify discrepancies, and ensure completeness of employee records. You communicate clearly and professionally with employees, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring a positive and service-oriented experience. You are comfortable using or learning HR systems and ticketing tools (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow), with the ability to manage and track assigned tasks effectively. You show strong organizational and time management skills, allowing you to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver within agreed service levels.
