Operations Executive (Sanitation Services)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily deployment of sanitation crews and service schedules.
• Monitor servicing activities for portable toilets and sanitation facilities to ensure service standards are met.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational compliance.
• Liaise with clients regarding service requests, feedback, and operational matters.
• Coordinate delivery, collection, placement, and relocation of portable toilet units.
• Prepare operational reports, service records, and site documentation.
• Support manpower planning, attendance tracking, and operational scheduling.
• Coordinate with drivers, cleaners, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning chemicals, consumables, spare parts, and operational supplies.
• Assist in investigating service issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and company procedures.
• Support operational improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Environmental Services, or related disciplines.
• Experience in operations coordination, facilities management, logistics, environmental services, sanitation services, or related industries preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple operational priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to conduct site visits and support field operations when required.
