Qualification requirements: Job Requirements: 1. Law school graduate from a reputable domestic university, having passed the PRC bar examination; possession of foreign bar certificates is preferred, and candidates with working experience in automobile industry are given priority. 2. Approximately 12-15 years of work experience, with a preference for experience in both corporate and law firm settings. 3. Proficiency in enterprise-related laws and regulations, encompassing corporate law, contract law, intellectual property law, civil and commercial law, economic law, and labor law, an M&A experience is the must 4. Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English, with English proficiency for use as a working language. 5. Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills. 6. Ability to handle significant work pressure and uphold strong legal professional ethics.
