AECOM is seeking Professional Land Surveyor to operate under the Director of Geomatics and work jointly with department heads to manage and schedule field and office tasks. This position will: Coordinate and assign personnel to field teams on a daily basis and provide detailed direction on each task as given to the coordinator by internal project managers or task leads. Close supervision of the field work to ensure all applicable rules, standards, and regulations are being applied and that it meets the professional standard. Provide daily assistance to the field teams via telephone or other electronic forms of communication to gather any information needed by the teams and communicate a prompt response. Monitor and check the field work daily to provide quality controls and provide immediate feedback to the field leads to meet the project scope and budget. Serve as an integral component of the quality control and assurance process. Provide coordination for successful delivery of the field product to the appropriate CAD or BIM leads. Maintain close contact with project managers and task leads to resolve project question that arise during a project life cycle such as, but not limited to, technical requirements, completion requirements, schedule, and budget. Act as a project lead as needed with project oversight, processing, or CAD tasks. Provide effective mentorship through guidance and knowledge to staff. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying or related field and 10 years of land surveying experience including 2 years of leadership or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education Professional Land Surveying licensure or Land Surveyor in Training designation with ability to achieve licensure with 1 year
