Job Responsibilities To attend to enquiries on membership matters and ensuring that all membership matters are carried out incompliance with the Club's Constitution. To maintain accurate membership records in database and update all records as necessary. To manage relevant documentation such as membership applications, spouse & children applications, absentee applications, financial processing, etc. To sell and process membership sales, transfers and renewals. Including obtaining the relevant approval from management and MC members. Supporting external agents for membership transfers. To issue membership cards, car labels and golf tags to members. As well as issuing of monthly birthday cards to members and welcome kit vouchers for new members and member referrers.To ensure that subscriptions are charged correctly (golfing, social, absentee, associate, junior subscriptions). Provide monthly subscription analysis to management. To issue monthly statement of accounts (SOA) and reminders to members. To include communications, if any, together with the SOA. To receive and update payment from members into their respective accounts in the club membership system. To administer the golfing insurance covered by Club's group golfer's insurance for the members including communicating of the insurance plan to the members and managing the list of members participating in the policy. To assist members with golf insurance claims with the insurance agent and monitoring the payout. To work closely with Finance and operational departments to collate and bill members for monthly billing instructions relating to their clubhouse facilities usage. To assist members with any discrepancies on their monthly statement of accounts. To work closely with Finance and operational departments to rectify any billing errors. To review and monitor past dues from members and provide correspondences to members to encourage payment& delinquent accounts. Manage the defaulter's list and work on the appropriate actions as directed by the management. Not with standing the above, you are expected to carry out other duties as and when directed by Management.
