Your key responsibilities include: Design & Implement Features: Build robust, scalable features for our C# / ASP.NET-based platform and supporting systems. Optimize Performance: Ensure code and data structures deliver high throughput, low latency, and reliable processing of thousands of transactions per second. Testing & Stability: Write and maintain comprehensive unit tests to ensure platform stability. Code Collaboration: Participate in code reviews and contribute to clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Technical Documentation: Maintain clear and thorough technical documentation. Team Coordination: Work closely with peers and product teams to maintain architectural consistency and meet performance standards.
Requirements
- Strong experience in C# backend development.
- Solid understanding of ASP.NET (experience preferred but can be developed on the job).
- Deep knowledge of SQL, including writing efficient queries and designing high-performance database schemas.
- Practical experience with caching strategies (e.g., Redis).
- Expertise in multithreaded programming and thread-safe design patterns.
- Proficiency in using the C# debugger for troubleshooting complex issues.
- A mindset focused on performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Experience with automated unit testing frameworks.
- A university degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Interest in gaming, professionally or recreationally.
