Analytic Technician

Responsibilities

• Carry out analytical experiments
• Analyze the used oil/grease from customer site.
• Carry out root cause analysis for customer & KLIS.
• Understand and Interprete the test results.
• Monitor, maintain and backup the test results.
• Develop and implement test methods for analytical instruments (FTIR, XRF, Viscosity, TGA, DSC,HPLC, GC, etc) and enrich the analytical know-how.
• Create and update the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the instrument operation and test method.
• Report the test and experiments results in oral and written form to supervisor.
• Ensure the cleanliness and order of work area (5S).
• Complete other related jobs assigned by the superior.
• Assist supervisor to improve laboratory management system and quality management system. Complete other correlative job assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor or higher Degree in analytical chemistry, chemistry or related field
• Prefer relative experience in analytical or chemical labs, especially HPLC.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and statistical analysis tools.
• Basic Eglish in both oral and written .
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Very strong hands-on experiences and trouble shooting skills.
• High sense of responsibility, good working attitude, positive thinking.
• 100.000-150.000 CNY/year. Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities ‎ ‎
