Your day-to-day responsibilities Build and own a driver-based forecasting model at customer level, linking customer behaviour, pricing, and event activity into a clear and reliable revenue view Develop and maintain a structured 12-month forecast and 3-year outlook, with assumptions clearly defined, regularly challenged, and grounded in business drivers Build scenario-based planning approaches that reflect revenue uncertainty, model event-driven volatility explicitly, and support better planning and decision-making Improve leadership visibility into margin across customers, products, and offerings, identifying low-quality revenue and margin leakage early Partner with commercial and business leaders to influence pricing, customer decisions, and investment trade-offs through clear financial insight Support disciplined growth by linking headcount and sales expansion to validated demand and forward-looking revenue signals Automate and improve forecasting processes where possible, reducing manual effort and creating more scalable, consistent decision support Act as a trusted finance partner to the General Manager and Solutions leadership team, using data to challenge assumptions, surface
Requirements
- Proven ability to build and own fully driver-based financial models from the ground up, linking customer behaviour, event dynamics, and commercial terms into a coherent and decision-grade forecasting framework
- Strong commercial insight, with the ability to understand how value is created across customers and offerings and use this to guide decisions through clear, data-backed recommendations
- Ability to develop a strong understanding of products and delivery models, translating operational drivers into financial impact and improving the quality of business partnering
- Strong forecasting and scenario modelling skills, with the ability to build robust frameworks, define assumptions clearly, and manage uncertainty through structured ranges
- Experience using tools and automation to build scalable and efficient forecasting processes, reducing manual work and enabling faster, more consistent insight generation
- Ability to challenge and support senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity, communicating complex financial concepts simply and driving alignment around data-led decisions
- Builder mindset, with the ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and establish frameworks, processes, and standards where none exist
