Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project controls, cost management, and/or scheduling for complex projects or programs
  • Demonstrated experience managing cost and schedule controls on large, multi‑discipline projects
  • Proficiency with project controls and scheduling software such as Primavera P6, cost management tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities with experience presenting to project leadership and clients
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
  • Experience supporting transportation, infrastructure, vertical construction, or public sector programs
  • Experience leading or mentoring project controls teams
  • Familiarity with PMIS platforms such as e‑Builder, Kahua, or similar systems
  • Compensation Range:
  • $167,632.13 - $191,579.57
