Engagement Coordinator (in person)

About the role

Are you the person who naturally notices what is falling through the cracks before anyone else does? SEP is looking for an Engagement Coordinator to help support our client delivery teams. This role is part project coordination and part client support. You will help ensure onboarding happens smoothly, meetings get scheduled, action items get followed up on, compliance requirements get met, and important details do not get lost along the way. Success in this role is not measured by how many tasks you complete yourself. Success is measured by your ability to keep projects, people, and processes moving forward. This role may be a great fit for someone who has been an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, Customer Success Coordinator, or in a similar coordination-focused role and is looking for an opportunity to have a broader impact across the organization.
