IOR/EOR Pricing & Vendor Executive

Responsibilities

• IOR/EOR Operations & Documentation
• -Coordinate end-to-end IOR/EOR processes for global shipments, including pricing and documentation.
• -Work with freight forwarders and customs brokers for smooth clearance and delivery.
• -Verify and maintain shipping documents - invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin.
• -Prepare import/export permits, declarations, and other required trade documents.
• Pricing, Sourcing & Partner Communication
• Act as a direct point of contact for clients on pricing enquiries and shipment queries.
• Support pricing negotiations with partners to achieve competitive and sustainable rates.
• Source new overseas agents or service partners to support operational needs.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing and new partners.
• Compliance & Problem Resolution
• Stay current on customs regulations and trade policies across relevant countries.
• Ensure all shipments comply with applicable import/export laws and guidelines.
• Identify and resolve operational issues such as shipment delays or customs holds.

Requirements

• Diploma in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or trade operations. Candidate with relevant internship experience are welcome.
• Familiarity with IOR/EOR processes and international trade regulations is a plus.
• Knowledge of APAC trade regulations is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - comfortable engaging with overseas partners.
• Working hours:
• Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm
