Responsibilities
- Connect and operate test stand unit and adjusts controls as necessary to meet specifications
- Ability to locate and identify the safe testing amperage and voltage
- Read schematics and blueprints to ensure proper assembly

- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve unit performance abnormalities within electrical and refrigeration systems

- Responsible for maintaining the 5s program to ensure a clean work area

- Identify and rework defective work pieces to comply with quality standards
- Read and interpret blue prints, sketches or product specifications to determine sequence and methods of fabricating, assembling and installing sheet metal products, including machine adjustments and material requirements per engineering requirements
- Ability to use hand tools
- Operate PIT (Powered Industrial Trucks)
- All other duties as assigned
- Your Qualifications:
- The ability to lift, push, and/or pull materials, stand for majority of the shift, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining proper PPE.
- The ability to use hand tools for extended periods of time.
- The ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
- High School Education/GED OR Minimum 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
- 2-year trade school (EPA) certificate in A/C Refrigeration or equivalent education approved by company
