Responsibilities

  • You'll be the voice of Action Garage Doors-supporting customers through phone, email, and chat while creating outstanding service experiences that keep them coming back. You'll:

  • Strong organization, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a big plus (but not required-we'll train you!).
  • A team player who's excited about growth and making a real impact.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
