About the role

Experience/Qualifications needed: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience teaching Mathematics at secondary level. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills. Understanding of SEMH needs, trauma-informed practice and restorative approaches. Ability to build positive relationships with vulnerable pupils. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Resilience, adaptability and emotional intelligence.
