About the role

Responsibilities
- IT Strategy & Planning

- AI / RPA Implementation
- Identify opportunities for AI and RPA to improve service processes and operational efficiency
- Lead or manage the design, development, and deployment of AI/RPA solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on AI/RPA initiatives
- System Development & Integration
- Manage system development and integration projects, including ERP, internal platforms, and third-party systems
- Ensure stable operation and scalability of integrated systems
- Oversee system testing, deployment, and post implementation support
- Information Security
- Establish and maintain information security policies, controls, and compliance practices
- Manage access control, data protection, and security risk assessments
- Coordinate with internal audit, legal, and compliance teams as needed
- Operational Support & Governance
- Support IT operations with a strong understanding of service workflows and business processes
- Manage IT vendors, contracts, and service performance
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, standards, and procedures
- Education / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; Master's (MBA, MIS, or similar) preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+, AI/RPA) strongly preferred
- 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including leading enterprise-wide initiatives
- Proven experience developing and executing IT strategy, roadmaps, and budgets aligned with business goals
- Hands-on leadership of AI and/or RPA initiatives from design through deployment and optimization
- Strong background in system development, integration, and full lifecycle management (ERP and enterprise platforms)
- Experience with information security, risk management, compliance, and IT governance
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, contracts, and service performance
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business teams
- Bilingual Korean/English is a plus

- $106,000 - $113,000 USD
