XPS & Training Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced XPS & Training Manager (m/f/d) to support and accelerate our global Continuous Improvement journey. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and deploying lean capabilities while driving transformation across our global operations through the Xylem Production System (XPS). You will act as a change agent, mentor and strategic partner to ensure sustainable implementation of lean methodologies and delivering measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Additionally, you will lead traning initiatives, support the development and execution of CI strategies, and participate in supplier continuous improvement activities when required.
• Travel: Up to 60% international travel
• Your profile
• Additional qualifications:
• 3-7 years of experience in a global/international business environment
• Deep expertise in Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Toyota 8-Step)
• Strong problem-solving and project management capabilities
• Proven experience leading hands-on lean implementation and Kaizen events
• Track record in training, coaching, and developing others in lean methodologies
• Experience driving CI transformation within manufacturing, supply chain, and transactional/commercial processes
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale change initiatives in complex organizations
• Experience managing multiple international projects simultaneously
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
• Experience applying Lean in both high-volume and low-volume operations
