Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Operations Management, Economics/Econometrics, or related quantitative fields
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis (e.g., pandas/data.table, SQL)
• Experience working with large, real-world datasets
• Familiarity with statistical modelling, monte-carlo simulations, econometrics, or causal inference
• Ability to communicate technical work with clarity
• Strong ownership and attention to detail
• Experience with retail, supply chain, or operations data is a plus.

The RA will work with real-world proprietary data related to retail operations and support the PI in developing data-driven insights for research with industry and societal relevance.
