Key Responsibilities: Make outbound cold calls to Spanish-speaking prospects Introduce and promote company services effectively Qualify leads and gather essential information Set appointments or hand off qualified leads to the sales team Update CRM systems with accurate call notes and lead data Maintain a positive and professional phone presence Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written) Fluent in English Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer outreach. Strong communication and persuasion skills Ability to handle objections professionally Self-motivated, reliable, and able to meet call targets
